Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis Engage in Legal Battle Over Child Custody

On March 24, a judge denied Jason Sudeikis’ motion to move his custody case with Olivia Wilde to New York. Wilde’s legal team argued that Sudeikis was deliberately prolonging the proceedings, as he had more financial resources to do so. In court documents, Wilde stated that she was unaware of Sudeikis filing a case outside of California, and accused him of using “intimidation or trickery” in the proceedings. She also expressed her shock at his “underhandedness and bad faith.” Despite the two being spotted together in January, with Wilde having broken up with Harry Styles, it appears that the reconciliation between Sudeikis and Wilde was short-lived.
