First of all, I want to start this story by saying thank you to all the people who posted their stories here as they have inspired me a lot. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And a big thank you to my maam, who introduced me to The Secret in the first place. Without you, I wouldn’t be here today.
My boyfriend of 5 years broke up with me saying he doesn’t feel the same way anymore. He said that he was scared of the future, his parents, and that we wouldn’t work out. After a month of trying to fix things and trying to make it alright, he was still stern about ending it. I tried begging him, and I was devastated, a pain I couldn’t bare at all. But that’s when I remembered The Secret.
I have used The Secret for so many things so I thought, why not for this? I asked the Universe for many signs to know if I was taking the right decision to get my love back, and the Universe always responded, I saw a baby boy, a blue car, a blue butterfly, and so many messages saying I am on the right track. I also analyzed our relationship and found out that I was the one who attracted the breakup because I kept telling him he was drifting away and I became needy.
A week after the breakup I decided that I was going to get him back because deep down, I always knew he is the love of my life. I started reading The Magic book again and practiced all the days of the practices. I wrote down in my journal that I was happy to have gotten back the love of my life by the time I finished the 28 days of The Magic practices. I sent myself a message as if it was sent from my boyfriend where he texts me saying he wants me back. I created a vision board of us, and I even wrote a message for him to send to Onam because I knew I would get him back. Every day I would write down 10 things I was so grateful for about him and our relationship. And whenever I felt a little negativity I would tell myself he is mine, he is back in my life, and I would imagine us being happy together.
Through this journey, I let go of wanting him. I just told myself he is the love of my life, he will find his way back to me, and with this positivity, I started to focus on my life. I started to enjoy college more, I hung out more, I studied properly, I joined classes and I was just really happy. I started to love myself again.
Then out of the blue, he did text me!!! He texted me exactly the way I imagined he would! He wanted me back, he was sorry for everything, and he said I was all he wanted!!! I was so happy!!!! I got back the love of my life, and our relationship is so beautiful now!!!
