All I Ever Asked For Was Love!!! – My Story

I had been in so many bad relationships. They were always abusive, physically and or mentally. I was left to fend for myself from the age of 16! I was abused as a child, raised in a cult, and was always wondering, “Why me?!”

Then I was introduced to The Secret! Within just days of reading just a few pages, I noticed small changes. I was feeling more positive, and feeling more happy. I was smiling more and noticing people were smiling back!

But then some negative thoughts came to me and I was drenched by a bus that was driving through a huge puddle, and it was my wake-up call! I had attracted that situation to me because of my negative thoughts that had changed the energy around me! But when I only allowed myself to focus on positivity and positive thoughts in my life, all these positive things would start happening to me.

Then overnight, after waiting for over a year, I was granted money for finally being registered as disabled, and I got a huge amount of backpay! So I sat and I wrote out all my desires, mostly what I wanted from my next relationship.

Then from nowhere, this amazing man comes into my life! We started getting to know each other, and he starts to check off everything on my list, even the ones I thought were an outrageous ask! Taller than me, check! Secure, check! Job. Check! Loving, check! Gorgeous, check! And so on!

I have momentary lapses when I allow negativity to wash over me and for a small amount of time, it will have an effect on my life. But then I start implementing The Secret again and I am back on track, slowly receiving all the blessings I’ve given out to the Universe.
