David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, a renowned Nigerian Afrobeat artist, appears to have settled a legal conflict with former Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) president, Amaju Pinnick, just hours before his wedding.
Pinnick had filed a N2.3 billion breach of contract lawsuit against Davido on October 31, 2023, for failing to perform at the ‘Warri Again’ event on October 6, 2023.
In a surprising twist, Davido and his wife, Chioma, were seen in a video at Pinnick’s residence shortly before the wedding.
Julie Pinnick, Amaju Pinnick’s wife, shared the viral video on her TikTok, highlighting the role of love in reconciliation.
She expressed her excitement at meeting Chioma for the first time and extended best wishes to Davido and Chioma for their future together.
Earlier, Davido had announced their wedding date as June 25, to take place in Lagos.
