Anthony Mackie is set to transform the iconic role of Captain America in Marvel’s upcoming film, Captain America: Brave New World, which is scheduled for release on February 14, 2025. At the Disney APAC Content Showcase held in Brazil, Mackie discussed how his character, Sam Wilson, breaks away from the legacy of Steve Rogers while still upholding significant values.
Mackie highlighted the journey of Sam Wilson, who evolves from a counselor for soldiers to a prominent leader within his community.
