In light of the recent controversy surrounding the passing of the late Nigerian artist Mohbad, his wife, Wunmi, has taken a firm stand to defend his honor and address the unfounded allegations that have surfaced.

Wunmi passionately appealed, “Please, I implore you, do not tarnish his legacy. Disparaging Ilerioluwa in his absence reflects poorly on his entire family. Those who truly cared for him would never speak ill of him,” she emphasized.
She adamantly disapproved of any negative comments about Ilerioluwa, affirming his virtuous character and stressing that he should be remembered and honored for his goodness. Wunmi urged the public to preserve Mohbad’s positive legacy by refraining from defaming his reputation.
