Jennifer Lopez reportedly celebrated Christmas at her lavish Beverly Hills mansion, while Ben Affleck opted for an apartment in Brentwood, close to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their kids.
In September, it was revealed that Lopez was considering purchasing a $55 million mansion in Beverly Hills, though she continues to reside in the home she initially shared with Affleck.
They have faced challenges in selling their joint property, which they listed for $68 million just a year after buying it in May.

According to People, Affleck and Lopez had disagreements over the home purchase in 2023.
“Ben proposed buying the mansion for $68 million, which was a big commitment for her,” shared an insider.
This source also indicated that Ben Affleck felt out of place due to the mansion’s style, which Lopez adored.
One significant factor contributing to Affleck’s discomfort was the home’s location, which complicated his access to his children in Brentwood.
As a result, it’s believed that Ben chose to spend Christmas with Garner and their kids, according to various reports.
