After drawing public attention with her bold appearance at the Grammy Awards, Bianca Censori finds herself back in the spotlight as a witness in a lawsuit against Kanye West for alleged discriminatory practices.
A lawsuit filed by plaintiff Tony Saxon in September 2023 includes Censori as a potential witness for the trial set to take place on February 25.
Parts of the lawsuit suggest that Saxon faced unsuitable working conditions, describing how he had to sleep in makeshift spots on the floor, lacking access to a proper bed and exposed to open insulation during his employment.
To support his case, Saxon plans to present evidence, including photos and messages from Censori and texts from Ye, from his time working as a security guard for the rapper between September and November 2021, during which he claims to have worked long hours without proper accommodations.
