In a 2013 interview with Life & Style magazine (as reported by the Daily Mail), Glanville revealed, “I got a liquid nose job after I broke it. I need to have the fillers replaced periodically. That’s all I’ve done to my face.” She also acknowledged receiving Botox, fillers, vaginal rejuvenation, and breast implants post-pregnancy.

Addressing ongoing speculation about her appearance, Glanville took to X (formerly Twitter) in 2023, stating, “I HAVE NEVER had surgery on my face! I’m so tired of these hurtful comments. I’m 50 and aging naturally, which is upsetting my kids as they know the truth. I’ve never had bandages. I do plan on getting a lower face and neck lift soon.” She also mentioned having undergone liposuction after gaining weight during COVID-19, to which a fan responded, “You do whatever makes you happy! It’s a big industry for a reason!” Recently, fans expressed worry about her appearance, leading to speculation that she may require more cosmetic work.

On December 7, Brandi Glanville shocked fans by sharing a close-up image of her face, which showcased unusual lumps in her skin without any explanation. In a later interview with ET, she revealed that her face had been severely swollen, affecting her ability to speak. After consulting several doctors and spending upwards of $70,000, they suggested the swelling might be due to a parasite.

The news reached plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow, who, when asked by TMZ, expressed concern for Glanville’s situation. He stated, “My worry is that she could have an infection or reaction to something injected. It’s crucial to diagnose this promptly.” Dubrow dismissed the parasite theory but suspected an underlying microorganism might be present, describing her condition as potentially dangerous. Following his comments, Glanville tweeted, “I appreciate all the assistance. We plan to discuss this further; thanks for all the love.”
