Many discussions have focused on Brittany Mahomes‘ support for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. This stance has sparked mixed reactions, with some fans expressing disappointment while others commend her for her “bold” choice.
The debate has continued into the early stages of the NFL season. Recently, Brittany and Taylor Swift — who is in a relationship with Travis Kelce from the Kansas City Chiefs — were seen in different suites during a game at Arrowhead Stadium. Brittany’s husband, Patrick Mahomes, led the Chiefs to victory against the Baltimore Ravens, heightening interest in the dynamic between Brittany and Taylor.
Are they “ignoring” Brittany at the US Open?
Swift, Kelce, and the Mahomeses were all present in New York City for the men’s final at the US Open, featuring world #1 Jannik Sinner against American Taylor Fritz. Early footage from Arthur Ashe Stadium seemed to suggest that Swift and Kelce were overlooking Brittany, who wasn’t visible in the clip.
However, later posts on social media showed that Brittany was indeed included, as she and Taylor shared in a happy moment. This suggests that their differing political views are unlikely to harm their friendship, contrary to earlier assumptions.
It’s unclear if Brittany and Taylor will reunite in Kelce’s suite when the Chiefs face the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 2 on Sept. 15. Nevertheless, observations from Sunday hint that there’s no rift between them, and everything appears to be back to normal as the November general election approaches.
