The “Big Little Lies” star and former CAA agent will share equal custody of their 10-year-old son, Tennessee, and will split his expenses 50-50, court documents obtained by Page Six Friday morning show.
Witherspoon and Toth also agreed not to pay each other spousal or child support because they both earn more than $100,000 annually.
The former couple also requested to forgo a parenting seminar as they’ve been able to come to an amicable agreement and stated in the documents that they’ve been “effectively coparenting” Tennessee since they filed for divorce in March.
The Oscar-winning actress, 47, and Toth, 53, signed an NDA so their business and personal affairs will remain private; however, they did agree to divide their art, furniture and other household items.
Each will also keep his or her cars and bank accounts, and their properties have been divided according to various trusts.
Witherspoon — who also shares daughter Ava, 23, and son Deacon, 19, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe — announced in March she and Toth were divorcing after nearly 12 years of marriage.
The “Sweet Home Alabama” star detailed that despite their split, they “have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together.”

The exes tied the knot in 2011 at her California ranch after dating for about a year.
Although they’ve only been apart — at least publicly — for nearly five months, Toth already appeared to move on with a new woman.
The former Quibi executive and a mystery gal were spotted vacationing in Costa Rica in July.
“They seemed to be staying in a suite, and they looked really happy, just chilling and soaking up that pura vida vibe,” an eyewitness shared with People.
“It was definitely romantic.”
