BUZZ: Frustrated Mike Tindall complains about his seat at King Charles’ coronation: ‘Unbelievable’

Mike Tindall wasn’t too thrilled with the seating arrangement at King Charles III’s coronation.

“It was unbelievable to be sat where we were,” the former rugby player, who is married to Princess Anne’s daughter, Zara Tindall, complained in a recent episode of his podcast, “The Good, The Bad & The Rugby.”

“Quite frustrating that you couldn’t see around the corner, but you had the TV there, and obviously everything that went on sort of [in the] back and front.”

Mike, 44, and Zara, 42, sat in the fourth row behind Prince Harry, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie during the May 6 ceremony at Westminster Abbey in London.

“You’re in the hottest spot, but it was all happening just around the corner of wall that you can’t see!” he said while laughing.

Despite his not-so-ideal placement, the athlete raved that he felt honored to be present for the historic occasion.

“It’s one of those moments,” he explained. “I think the best bit of the day was the six and a half hours of military footmen that were in the Buckingham Palace backyard, and they did three cheers for the king. It was like, whoa, goose pimples.”

Zara, on the other hand, may not have witnessed as much history, as royal fans caught her dozing off during the event.

Charles, 74, and his wife, Queen Camilla, were crowned in front of several members of the royal family after the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Prince William and Kate Middleton sat in the first row with two of their children – Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5 — while their eldest son, Prince George, 9, served as one of the new monarch’s Pages of Honor.
