Harry Styles has been spotted with a tattoo believed to be dedicated to his ex-girlfriend Olivia Wilde.
In photos obtained by Page Six, the former One Direction singer can be seen flashing the tattoo on a boat in Bolsena, Italy, on Friday.
Styles, 29, showed off what appears to be the word “Olivia” inked in italic font on his thigh.
The word “colazione” — which is Italian for breakfast — also appeared to be inked on his leg, though it’s unclear if there’s any connection between the two tattoos.
The thigh ink was visible as the musician sported green swim shorts and a green-and-white plaid button-up.
He was joined by a group of friends, including former “Late Late Show” host James Corden and Victoria’s Secret model Jacquelyn Jablonski.
While some fans were quick to point to Wilde, 39, as the muse for Styles’ tattoo, others suggested that the meaning might have something to do with the One Direction song “Olivia” from their 2015 album “Made in the A.M.”
Fans also questioned whether the photos — which were taken from a distance — even spelled out out the name “Olivia.”
“I will live in blissful ignorance of what that tattoo actually says until I see some Ultra HD 4K resolution photos to prove me wrong because I know my mans wasn’t dumb enough to get a name tattoo,” one Twitter user wrote.
“All jokes aside if the tattoo does really say Olivia then it just proves that Harry Styles is human. He done something crazy over a girl he was in love with at one point in time as probably some big romantized [sic] gesture,” a second user tweeted.
“That or the fact he literally wrote a love song called Olivia. Either way it’s something we should laugh about instead of being crazy over 😂.”
However, some were in disbelief that the “As It Was” artist would get a tattoo dedicated to his ex.
“Can’t believe harry styles is the relationship name tattoo kind of guy actually,” another Twitter user posted.
A rep for Styles did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The “Watermelon Sugar” singer and the “Babylon” actress were first romantically linked in January 2021 after the two were spotted holding hands at a wedding in Montecito, Calif.
At the time, they were filming “Don’t Worry Darling,” which Wilde both starred in and directed.
Their romance followed her tumultuous split from ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis — with whom she shares two children — in November 2020.
Styles and Wilde shared romantic getaways together and showered each other with praise on social media throughout their nearly two-year relationship.
However, they called it quits around November 2022.
While the two decided to go their separate ways, a source told Page Six at the time that their breakup was amicable.
“There is no bad blood between them. Harry didn’t dump Olivia, or vice versa,” an insider said. “This is the longest relationship Harry’s ever had, so clearly they have a special bond.”
According to another source, the two are “still friends” despite their split.
