Skims, the Kim Kardashian-helmed brand, is launching its biggest expansion of shapewear designs since its launch in 2019. To announce the release, the brand has enlisted four musical artists – Ice Spice, PinkPantheress, Nessa Barrett, and RAYE – to star in its campaign.
The new collection, called the Everyday Sculpt Collection, will feature lightweight pieces ranging from an Everyday Sculpt Bralette ($68) to an Open Bust Catsuit ($88). Ice Spice shared her enthusiasm for the new styles, saying “Skims just gets it and makes me feel extra snatched.” PinkPantheress added that the styles “empower me to try clothes I wouldn’t have tried before and make me feel so comfortable and secure.”
In addition to the new collection, there are also 15 new cuts of the label’s existing Seamless Sculpt Collection – including fresh takes on its TikTok-viral Sculpting Bodysuit ($68). Nessa Barrett shared that she loves wearing Skims shapewear “especially when I’m on tour — it gives me that added bit of confidence before I perform.”
Kardashian has previously enlisted buzzy stars to model Skims, including SZA and former Victoria’s Secret Angels. The brand has also launched swimwear and activewear. RAYE expressed her honor to be a part of Skims’ “community of confident women.”
If previous drops are any indication, this new shapewear line will likely be a quick seller; shoppers should be ready to shop fast if they plan to snatch up the “snatched” styles come Thursday.
