BUZZ: Jamie Foxx’s co-star Porscha Coleman gives update on actor’s health 2 months after hospitalization

Jamie Foxx is “doing well” two months after being hospitalized for a mysterious “medical complication,” his co-star Porscha Coleman says.

The actress told “Entertainment Tonight” Sunday that she got the health update by talking to “people very close” to her “Dad Stop Embarrassing Me!” castmate.

“He’s resting,” she claimed. “He’s well. And he’s going to be back. Trust and believe.”

Coleman, 37, stressed that Foxx, 55, has “always valued his privacy.”

She explained, “If you’ve noticed, Jamie Foxx has always been on the low. … Even when it came to dating.

“Once I heard the news, of course I reached out, but how Foxx is doing it is how Foxx should be doing it,” Coleman continued.

The actor’s eldest daughter, Corinne Foxx, first revealed her father’s unspecified medical emergency in a since-deleted Instagram post in April.

“Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery,” the “Beat Shazam” DJ, 29, wrote at the time, with the “Back in Action” star subsequently being replaced by a body double on his and Cameron Diaz’s film.

While Mike Tyson alleged in May that Jamie had suffered a stroke, his claim has not been confirmed.

The Oscar winner’s reps have yet to comment on speculation about his health — except for blasting a “completely inaccurate” theory earlier this month that it was caused by the COVID-19 vaccine.

On Saturday, Page Six reported that Jamie is “recovering well,” according to a family member.

The Golden Globe winner’s loved ones, however, have remained mostly tight-lipped about his condition, although they were photographed outside of a physical rehab center in Chicago in May.

Corinne made a rare statement that same month, telling her Instagram followers that her dad had “been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating” — even “playing pickleball” the day before her post.

Since then, Foxx has only said he’s “feeling blessed” and “appreciate[s] all the love.”

As for Jamie, he broke his silence on his Story, writing, “Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed.”

The father-daughter pair are currently developing a new Fox game show, “We Are Family.”

The duo used to host “Beat Shazam” together, which Nick Cannon and Kelly Osbourne have temporarily taken over in their absence.
