The TV host brought up the awkward memory after her husband claimed his kitchen was “pristine” when he lived alone in Vancouver, Canada, while filming “Riverdale.”
This isn’t the first time the lovebirds have spoken openly about nudity — or their sex life.
Earlier this month, Ripa, 52, shared on an episode of her “Let’s Talk Off Camera” podcast that their daughter, Lola, walked in on her and Consuelos doing the deed twice.
Ripa joked she gave Lola, now 22, the “ultimate, horrible” gift on her 8th birthday while vacationing in Italy.

“I encouraged him to lock … [the] door, and he tells me he did,” the mom of three recalled.
“All I know is, at a certain point, I made eye contact with my 8-year-old daughter who is standing at the foot of the bed.”
Ripa went on to reveal that Lola also interrupted them having sex a second time on her 16th birthday.
“The moral of the story is she never learned to knock. Hopefully, by the time she turns 24, we’ll be done having sex,” the former “All My Children” star quipped.
In January, the now-college graduate moved back in with her parents as she completed her final semester at NYU.
Upon her return home, Consuelos, 52, gave their daughter one warning about knocking before entering their bedroom.
“I don’t want you to take this the wrong way. I’m very excited that you are home. We missed you. You are the heart of this family. You’re so funny, and you’re just fantastic. But you gotta knock,” the actor recalled of his conversation with Lola.
Ripa chimed in, “Because at this point, anything you walk in on is your problem.”
The ABC co-hosts — who tied the knot in May 1996 — also share sons Michael, 26, and Joaquin, 20.
