Kyle Richards is setting the record straight about her recent weight loss. After fans expressed concerns over her super slim figure, Richards clarified that the photo of her with her ribs sticking out was due to the type of dress she was wearing. She stated that she is actually a healthy weight and that anyone who knows her can attest to that.
Richards has been flaunting her slim figure in recent months after shedding some serious pounds. She claims that this has nothing to do with the current Ozempic craze, and she had never heard of the celeb-loved weightless drug until fans accused her of taking it. She wants to be able to inspire people and wants to get away from people making up stories about her.
To reach her dream physique, Richards had to completely change her lifestyle. She stopped drinking alcohol, works out two hours a day, and follows a strict diet. She also noted that she does not eat bad food such as sugar, pizza, donuts, or carbs.
Although Richards went about it the old-fashioned way, many of her fellow Bravolebrities have admitted to using Ozempic. This has led to nationwide shortages of the drug for those who need it to treat Type 2 diabetes.
