Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis were all smiles at their son’s soccer game over the weekend, just a couple of weeks after the “Booksmart” director claimed her ex doesn’t pay child support. Images obtained exclusively by Page Six show the pair hugging affectionately while cheering on Otis, 8, in Los Angeles. Wilde looked laid back in a pair of blue tracksuit pants with a white tank top, which she paired with a green baseball cap, dark shades and white Adidas sneakers. Sudeikis wore a beige hoodie, dark wash jeans and black Nike sneakers. The “Saturday Night Live” alum completed the look with a blue baseball cap, a watch and glasses tucked into his hoodie.
After standing and cheering enthusiastically, the proud parents sat down on the grass and chatted with each other before their son joined them. In court documents, Wilde said she was carrying “100% of the costs for the children’s care” while the two youngsters are in her care, including food, clothing and extracurricular activities. The pair do, however, split the cost of their kids’ school tuition.
Wilde is requesting $500,000 from Sudeikis, in addition to child support retroactive to the date which she filed the case. She claims her former fiancé has paid her zero child support despite earning a “significantly superior” income. The docs also noted that Wilde wants Sudeikis to contribute to her attorney and accountant fees, not only because of his “superior” financial situation, but also because he and his counsel are litigating her “into debt.”
A source close to Sudeikis told Page Six, “Olivia and Jason shared costs equally and fairly throughout their relationship, including everything related to the children.” The exes were engaged from 2013 to 2020 and Wilde moved on with former One Direction crooner Harry Syles, whom she dated from early 2021 until late 2022. Sudeikis was briefly linked to model Keeley Hazell.
