Ramona Singer forgot who Kristen Taekman was before the former “Real Housewives of New York City” co-stars were both cast in “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy.”
During Thursday’s live taping of Page Six’s “Reali-Tea” podcast Mother’s Day edition at NYC’s The Loft, Singer was joined by her daughter, Avery, who boldly branded Taekman’s inclusion in the upcoming miniseries as “rogue.”
“I just genuinely forgot who she was,” the 28-year-old told co-hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy, prompting Avery’s famously filterless mother to add, “Well, everyone did.”
The Bravolebrity went on to say she even thought to herself, “Why don’t we have [alum] Aviva [Drescher]? Why do we have Kristen?”
Singer, 66, was one of the longest-standing “Housewives” in Bravo history until “RHONY” came to an abrupt halt in 2021 after Season 13.
During her lengthy tenure, she crossed paths with Taekman minimally, as the model starred only in Seasons 6 and 7.

But the mother of two certainly made a splash after getting Singer’s hair wet while the ladies were canoeing in a Berkshires lake during a cast trip.
Singer, who had just gotten a blowout, responded by calling Taekman, who was submerged in the water, a “f–king bitch.”
Singer then told Taekman, 46, to “stay out of [her] face” before chucking her Pinot Grigio-filled wine glass at her.
The goblet shattered upon hitting Taekman’s face, resulting in a bloody lip. Singer refused to apologize.
Though the incident did not come up during our chat, Singer did say that the two were surprisingly pleasant with one another at NBCUniversal’s annual upfront presentation earlier this week.
It still remains to be seen whether Taekman will repeat history when she faces her seemingly former foe in St. Barts to film “UGT” Season 5. After all, the island is surrounded by water.
Peacock revealed the show’s official cast on Monday, saying Singer and Taekman would be joined by Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan and Kelly Bensimon in the fifth installment of the spinoff miniseries.
The ladies will jet off to Saline Beach and stay at the same home they shared on “RHONY” Season 5, though a release date has not been announced.
Page Six broke the news in January that the proposed idea of a full-sized “RHONY” reboot had fallen apart during contract negotiations, so producers transitioned to a shorter, vacation-style show.
Sources previously told us that “RHONY” OG Jill Zarin played a significant role in Bravo rescinding its initial “Legacy” offers.
However, Zarin, 59, insisted it was more of a mutual decision.
