suggested she used Ozempic to obtain her new physique, replaced 10 upper veneers that Rosenthal had done for her in 2007, with the celebrity dentist telling us it was “time for a refresh.”

Additionally, Fessler added two extra veneers to help “rebuild” the bottom jaw to make her appear younger.

“When you want to restore youth, you rebuild support to the lower third of the face,” Rosenthal explains.

“This is why we added two more teeth — for better lip support. We wanted to widen her smile and build the teeth out, so that her lip would roll up, rather than down.”

Rosenthal adds that building out Fessler’s smile “from within” helps her look appear more natural than injectables such as Juvéderm.

“The goal was to enhance her overall face – not just the smile, not just the teeth,” Rosenthal says. “She looks younger; she feels better and she has better support of the lower third of her face.”

Fessler, 53, also underwent gum tissue laser recontouring to help treat some of her recession, but the price to roll back the clock on Fessler’s appearance was steep.

The total value of the reality star’s makeover came to $65,000. Apa Aesthetic’s practice is also no stranger to the Bravoverse, as the group has treated Ramona Singer, Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Lisa Hochstein, Carole Radziwill and Reza Farahan.

Apa Aesthetic was also responsible for former “American Idol” judge Simon Cowell’s new smile after he broke his back on an e-bike.

An insider told Page Six at the time that Cowell wanted his new teeth to appear “smaller” and “less bulky” than the set of veneers he had at the time, which were placed by a different dentist.

Cowell’s dental makeover, which took place over two appointments at three hours each, included 28 teeth. At the time, Apa was charging about $4,000 per tooth, but the practice has increased its price to $5,000 per chiclet.
