BUZZ: Whitney Port is ‘working’ on relationship with food amid husband’s worry that she’s ‘too thin’

admitting that her husband, Tim Rosenman, is “worried” that she’s “too thin.”

The “Hills” alum gave fans an update on her weight journey Thursday while going on a late-night snack run in Los Angeles, Calif.

“Came back to LA just to go to another strip small for my favorite delicacies,” she wrote atop an Instagram Story video that showed her in front of a Baskin Robbins.

“I’m obviously working on understanding my relationship with food so I can be the healthiest version of myself, I want to build myself and be strong for my bones and I fully commit to focusing on my personal health.”

Port then joked that she doesn’t mind splurging on extra sweets from time to time, divulging that her go-to order at the ice cream shop is a double scoop of Gold Medal Ribbon and Jamoca Almond Fudge — “in a waffle cone in a cup,” of course.

“Having more ice cream than usual doesn’t suck either,” she added.

Port’s update comes weeks after she revealed that her husband — whom she wed in November 2015 — and followers have grown “worried” about her “thin” frame.

“Timmy brought it to my attention, as a good husband should, and said it’s not just something strangers are spewing. He has been worried about me,” she shared via her Instagram Story last month.

The former reality star admitted that Rosenman’s concerns forced her to think about her eating patterns and what was wrong.

But it wasn’t until Port stepped “on the scale” that she realized she was setting an “unhealthy example.”

“I eat to live, not the other way around. … I always feel hungry but I just don’t know what to eat. It’s not how I want to look or feel though,” she shared.

Of her habits, the “City” alum explained that she is “too lazy to make feeding [herself] a priority.”

“I’m too picky when it comes to taste and quality. Both are unacceptable,” she acknowledged.

Port appears to have struggled with her body for years, as she revealed in 2010 that she “monitor[ed]” what she ate and kept her meals to under 1,000 calories per day.

“[That’s] as bad as it has ever gotten,” she told OK! Magazine (via DailyMail.com) at the time. “It’s hard to have that balance of wanting to look good but stay healthy. It’s a push [and] pull.”

The fashion designer and Rosenman, 46, are parents to 6-year-old son Sonny and have experienced several miscarriages while attempting to expand their family.
