Actress Courteney Cox is dedicated to maintaining her fitness even at the age of 60. The “Friends” star recently shared a glimpse of her intense workout session on Instagram, acknowledging that age is just a number and the importance of doing one’s best to stay healthy and fit.
In the video, Cox can be seen engaging in various exercises like seated arm rows, squats, chest presses, sit-ups, and cardio workouts.
Surprising Workout Attire
Courteney Cox opted for a black sports bra and leggings for her workout session, showcasing her toned physique. As the video progresses, she surprises viewers by changing into a tiny black bikini of the same color in what seems to be a large freezer, all while donning a face mask and a baseball cap.
“She made a joke about cryotherapy when she exited the freezer, which appeared to be located in her garage. While it is uncertain if Cox actually participates in this cold therapy every day, she shared a video attempting an icy plunge in February.”
Embracing a New Routine
Cox shared with Glamour that initially, she expected to dislike the wellness trend but has grown to enjoy it over time.
“I feel amazing for hours after,” she described. “Even though you might not look forward to it, you’re aware that you’ll feel incredible. The rush of dopamine you experience… lasts a while. Just do it. It’s definitely worth it.”
Despite her openness to trying various wellness practices to retain her youthful look, the “Scream” star’s “greatest beauty disappointment” was undergoing filler treatments.
