Christian “King” Combs, son of renowned music figure Sean “Diddy” Combs, is under intense scrutiny following a provocative social media post by his girlfriend, Raven Tracy.
The video, uploaded to Tracy’s Snapchat Stories, shows Combs engaged in a suggestive act with her, leading to significant backlash, especially in light of the serious sexual assault claims against him.
The 26-year-old artist has been dealing with legal issues since April 2023, when Grace O’Marcaigh filed a lawsuit claiming sexual assault against him.
The incident allegedly took place on a yacht rented by Diddy during a New Year’s Eve event.
Details of the Lawsuit
O’Marcaigh, a stewardess on the yacht, alleges that Combs made unwanted sexual advances toward her, including aggressive kissing and groping.
In a provocative caption for the video, Tracy warned, “Caution, he may motorboat you with this top,” which has added to the public’s outrage.
This controversial moment occurs amidst severe allegations that Combs is currently facing.
Notably, the lawsuit implicates Diddy as well, as O’Marcaigh argues that his role in chartering the yacht makes him partly responsible for the alleged assault.
She further asserts that she witnessed Diddy with women she described as “sex workers” during the celebration.
The release of the video raises significant concerns considering the serious nature of the accusations against Combs.
The lawsuit recounts disturbing details of O’Marcaigh‘s experience, including being pressured to drink, subjected to unwanted touching, and being coerced into sexual activities against her will.
O’Marcaigh claims to have audio evidence that supports her account, featuring her multiple refusals of Combs‘ advances.
Diddy has also been navigating a series of legal troubles recently. Besides the yacht incident lawsuit, he faces several additional sexual assault allegations.
As a result of these ongoing issues, he has been detained at a Brooklyn detention center since September.
