On November 17, she shared a candid video on Instagram, detailing a severe anxiety attack she suffered. “I don’t know if you can tell from this video, but I had a really bad anxiety attack today,” she explained, describing how she felt overwhelmed with rapid heartbeats and shaking. “
My body and my mind feel like they’re actually under attack during these episodes.”
Bertinelli has been open about her anxiety and the significance of addressing mental health.
