Since its inception, the ‘Scream’ series has significantly impacted the horror genre, with the seventh film set to premiere on February 27, 2026. The franchise’s first film remains the top international grosser with over $173 million, closely followed by ‘Scream 2’ at $172 million, according to Box Office Mojo.
