The Nigerian artist Dammy Krane is persistently targeting Davido even after receiving a cease and desist letter from Davido’s legal team.
Previously, Dammy Krane made bold accusations against Davido shortly before his wedding to Chioma Rowland, prompting a response from the “Unavailable” singer’s attorney with a cease and desist notification.
In the legal correspondence, Dammy Krane was instructed to retract the offensive statements from all his social media platforms within 24 hours.
Ignoring the notice, Dammy Krane proceeded to share a video in which a police officer detailed the events surrounding the demise of Davido’s late friend, Tagbo.
According to the officer, Tagbo was purportedly abandoned in his vehicle based on Davido’s alleged instructions.
The officer also mentioned that the singer’s account of his friend’s passing was contradicted by CCTV footage evidence.
In response to the video, Dammy Krane claimed to have witnessed the events related to Tagbo’s death.
He stated: “BTW @PoliceNG I’M A WITNESS TO WHAT @davido DID TO TAGBO NO PEACE FOR THE WICKED. JUSTICE FOR TAGBO — INDUSTRY LANDLORD”
