An attorney involved in the prosecution against Sean Diddy Combs has stated that there are at least three sexually explicit videos featuring high-profile celebrities, including Combs himself. These tapes supposedly stem from events where serious allegations of solicitation for abuse and rape are made.
The controversy began in 2023 when Cassie Ventura accused the 54-year-old music mogul of various forms of abuse throughout their ten-year relationship, a claim he initially refuted before settling the matter shortly after, while maintaining his innocence.
This led to more allegations from other supposed victims and an investigation by the Department of Homeland Security, culminating in raids on his residences in Florida and California in early 2024.
Combs was arrested on September 16 and faced charges including human trafficking and racketeering, with bond hearings resulting in three denials despite a $50 million bail offer, as over 120 different accusations emerged.
Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, representing one of the victims, has stated that the incriminating videos do exist, alongside names of several high-profile individuals implicated.
“Individuals have reached out to me claiming to possess three distinct tapes featuring three different celebrities, including Diddy,” Mitchell-Kidd shared with NewsNation. “There’s also a fourth celebrity involved who is in a compromising position without Diddy.”
“I can’t confirm their existence, but I was informed that they supposedly hold these tapes, so I suspect many celebrities are aware of their actions,” she added.
Mitchell-Kidd previously represented Adria Sheri English, a former dancer who alleged she was coerced into sexual acts during Combs’ parties and claimed he attempted to pressure her boyfriend into performing sexual acts on him as well.
However, the two parted ways during legal proceedings in July, citing a breakdown in their relationship and irreconcilable differences, leading to her decision to cease representing English.
Department of Homeland Security confirms existence of tapes
Even while being held at the Metropolitan Correction Center in Brooklyn, where Jeffrey Epstein was also detained, Combs maintains his innocence and has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.
An agent from the Department of Homeland Security has corroborated the existence of the videos and mentioned that they involve “recognizable” names, but has withheld those names, suggesting they are more prominent than Combs himself.
“We have footage with recognizable names,” the officer stated to The New York Post, adding, “but I cannot confirm any identities, and it involves more than just that one.”
