Sean “Diddy” Combs is listing his opulent mansion in Beverly Hills for $61 million.
This decision is part of his ongoing personal transformation after facing multiple allegations of abusive behavior earlier this year.
Insiders have indicated that the sale has been planned for a while and is not directly tied to the recent controversies.
The mansion was searched by Homeland Security in March as part of an investigation, but Combs has not faced any criminal charges yet.
Prime Location in LA’s Luxurious ‘Platinum Triangle’
Diddy‘s residence is located in the exclusive Platinum Triangle area of Los Angeles, which encompasses Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and Bel-Air.
This property is situated on “Billionaire’s Row,” where other notable residents include Kylie Jenner, tech leaders Evan Spiegel and Sean Parker, along with music icons Irving Azoff and Jimmy Iovine.
Combs acquired the mansion a decade ago for $40 million and aims to make a profit, though it’s not clear how much he has invested in upkeep and renovations during that time.
His choice to sell the Beverly Hills property aligns with his shift of primary residence to Star Island in Miami.
“With his children now grown, he’s embracing being an empty nester and decided to sell, marking an important change in LA’s real estate landscape,” a source told Page Six.
After facing several lawsuits, Diddy has been focusing most of his time in Miami. While he has repeatedly denied the allegations against him, the ongoing legal issues have diverted his attention from Los Angeles.
