Emmanuel Acho, who transitioned from an NFL player to a host at Fox Sports, made his first public appearance on Monday after being named in a surprising lawsuit filed in Los Angeles. The lawsuit, initiated by hairstylist Noushin Faraji, accuses several Fox Sports personalities, including Acho, Joy Taylor, and Skip Bayless, of workplace misconduct.
The lawsuit claims that Taylor, 37, leveraged romantic relationships with Acho and Charlie Dixon, a Fox executive, to enhance her career, suggesting she gained a position on Acho’s show, Speak, in 2020 through these connections. It further outlines serious accusations of sexual battery, negligent supervision, and workplace retaliation spanning from 2012 to 2024.

Acho sidesteps lawsuit discussions
Despite the ongoing controversy, Acho made an appearance on Fox Sports‘ The Facility, where he focused on discussing the NFL playoffs without mentioning the allegations. He opened the show energetically, stating, “What’s up, family? It’s a huge Monday show,” and redirected the conversation to the playoff scenarios in the NFC and AFC.
The lawsuit further alleges that Taylor dismissed Faraji’s claims of harassment involving Dixon and Bayless, suggesting that Faraji should simply “get over it.” The suit also accuses Bayless of attempting to pay Faraji $1.5 million for sexual acts and names Dixon for inappropriate behavior. Additionally, Taylor is accused of making false claims against Dixon to safeguard her position at Fox Sports.
Fox Sports has not yet made an official comment regarding the lawsuit. Efforts to reach the legal representatives for Taylor, Dixon, and Bayless have been unsuccessful up to this point.
As the allegations create uncertainty around the network, Emmanuel Acho and others involved are facing significant scrutiny. For the moment, the sports host has opted not to address the situation publicly, leaving many questions lingering.
