After her divorce from Ben Affleck in 2018, Jennifer Garner sought solace in a stunning farmhouse nestled in the hills of Los Angeles. This $7.9 million estate not only provides her with a tranquil escape but also serves as a gathering place for loved ones.
Interestingly, the property also became a sanctuary for Affleck, who sought refuge there following his separation from Jennifer Lopez in July 2023. Garner reportedly encouraged Affleck to work on his relationship with Lopez before their eventual breakup.
A Peek Inside Garner’s Retreat
Recently, Garner offered a glimpse of her home in an Architectural Digest video, sharing how her children-Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel (with Affleck)-adore the residence.
She showcased a special sleepover room with four bunk beds, perfect for movie nights with her kids and their friends. Garner also stores beloved childhood toys for young visitors, though she humorously mentioned her children sometimes sneak them away.
“A unique feature, especially during summer, is opening all the doors wide,” she explained.
“The challenge arises when my kids host pool parties onsite. It’s tricky to keep wet children out of the house. I have to play the role of a vigilant guard.”
“I enjoy having a space where kids can truly be kids.”
Constructing her dream home wasn’t initially on Garner’s agenda, but after an extensive search, she took the reins and fashioned the ideal haven for her family.
