Not many individuals have the opportunity to be in close proximity to Prince William, let alone have a photo taken with the future King of the United Kingdom, but exceptions were made for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. What went down as music and literal royalty mingled together?
The 34-year-old music sensation’s influence extends so far that she has even converted King Charles III’s son and grandson into Swifties, ensuring that the British monarchy will cherish her music for generations to come. Furthermore, Princess Charlotte was also present at the Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium.
This allowed her and her NFL boyfriend to take a selfie with the royal trio, and Kelce shared what transpired during their conversation and the overall impression he had of the 42-year-old brother of Prince Harry.
“He was present with young George and Charlotte,” Kelce disclosed on his New Heights podcast. “Meeting them was truly delightful.
“I was uncertain whether I should bow, curtsy, or simply extend an American handshake, like, ‘Hey, what’s up.’ We aimed to be courteous.”
Kelce further mentioned that the Duke of Edinburgh is the “coolest guy” he’s ever encountered.
Princess Charlotte Steals the Spotlight
The Royal Family maintains a high level of privacy, with limited updates on their parenting methods and their children’s progress; however, the Kelce brothers provided a rare glimpse into the growth of the youngsters.
It’s evident that the children are allowed to blossom and display their individualities, leaving Kelce and his brother, Jason, thoroughly impressed by their demeanor, which is noteworthy considering the fame of the two NFL siblings.
“Prince William was excellent,” mentioned Jason Kelce during their podcast. “Yet, the real standout was Princess Charlotte.
“She was incredibly charming. Perhaps because I now have three daughters, [but] she had a spark. She was curious and inquisitive.”
Travis humorously added that he had never witnessed his brother display such high regard for someone previously.
