Jamie Foxx has opened up about his hospitalization experience, confessing to having no memory of the incident that led to his hospital stay.
In a recent video, the 56-year-old actor revealed that he had a severe headache in Phoenix and asked a friend for Advil.
This incident occurred on April 11, 2023, although Foxx noted that he was actually in Atlanta at the time of hospitalization.
The ‘Fast and Furious’ star shared that his sister and daughter took him to the doctor upon realizing something was amiss.
Foxx mentioned that he was unconscious for 20 days and has no recollection of the event.
He also hinted at a mysterious condition in his head that doctors identified during his hospitalization.
The following day, Foxx’s eldest daughter, Corinne, announced his medical complication and expressed gratitude for the medical team.
After three weeks, Foxx posted a message on Instagram thanking everyone for their support and indicating he was on the road to recovery.
Fueled by online speculations, Corinne clarified that her father had been out of the hospital for weeks and was even playing pickleball recently.

Last July, the actor provided more insight into his distressing experience without divulging the exact diagnosis.
In a video shared on Instagram, he admitted to going through a harrowing ordeal that he never anticipated.
He chose not to update his followers earlier as he didn’t want them to see him in a vulnerable state with various medical tubes, unsure of his survival.
