Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s Beverly Hills Mansion Still Up for Sale Amidst Divorce

JLo and Ben Affleck put their Beverly Hills mansion up for sale: Divorce in sight?

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s luxurious 68 million-dollar mansion in Beverly Hills is still on the market even after facing attention due to their recent divorce. The property was listed in July but has not yet found a buyer.

Real estate sources in Los Angeles have observed that despite multiple viewings of the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom mansion, serious offers are yet to come in. One agent pointed out that the significant price increase of 8 million dollars after purchasing it for just over 60 million dollars last year, along with extensive renovations, is a deterrent for potential buyers.

Lopez Files for Divorce

The steep price tag limits the pool of potential buyers, and with the current market affected by high interest rates, large transactions are experiencing delays in finalizing.

Lopez recently initiated divorce proceedings, and reports suggest there was no prenuptial agreement. Affleck has acquired a new home in Brentwood worth 20.5 million dollars, signaling a fresh start as their Beverly Hills mansion remains on the market.

A close friend of Lopez disclosed that despite her efforts, the relationship was destined to fail.

“She has deep affection for him that may never fade; that’s the challenge,” the friend shared, emphasizing Lopez‘s perseverance in trying to salvage the relationship. However, the source also highlighted a prevalent concern: “Ben has inner struggles that no one can resolve.”
