This past weekend, Lopez was seen exploring high-end properties in Brentwood, including several lavish homes with expansive gardens, accompanied by real estate agents. Although she aimed to keep a low profile, paparazzi captured her in an effortlessly casual ensemble of baggy jeans, platform shoes, a black top, a brown sweater, and dark sunglasses.
Property Sale Could Fund JLo’s New Purchase
Among the properties Lopez examined is a stunning mansion listed for $18 million, a figure she can easily manage given her expected share from the sale of the marital home in Beverly Hills, which is currently on the market for $68 million. She could potentially secure half of that amount, depending on the details finalized in her upcoming divorce settlement set to conclude by February 20.
