Though they are officially apart now, both might wish to pursue their new futures independently. However, the close relationships their children formed during their brief marriage complicate this. This connection has led to occasional appearances of Lopez and Affleck together post-divorce, sometimes joined by Affleck’s former wife, Jennifer Garner.

It seems that Affleck has moved forward in his romantic life, recently purchasing a stunning mansion worth $20 million in the Palisades region, although he faced evacuation due to wildfires. Meanwhile, Lopez is reportedly interested in acquiring a house near Affleck in Brentwood, Los Angeles, as noted by TMZ.
Interestingly, this is the same neighborhood where Affleck settled after their split. Reports suggest that Lopez is fond of the property but has expressed “serious concerns” regarding the local air quality. She is considering bringing an air quality expert to evaluate the area before proceeding with the purchase.
If she follows through, it would place her near Affleck. One might expect Lopez to wish to fully move on from that chapter, yet she appears hesitant to do so just yet.
