According to police reports, authorities visited Smart’s residence in Los Angeles after receiving allegations about a cannabis grow operation. They executed a search warrant on December 23, where a small cultivation of cannabis was discovered.
During the incident, Smart was reportedly accompanied by a woman. Despite the findings, he was not taken into custody; instead, he was released and the matter has been referred to the Los Angeles Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
