Justin Bieber is focusing on his family amidst the recent challenges faced by his friend Sean “Diddy” Combs, who was recently arrested.
A source shared with People Magazine that the 30-year-old singer is dedicating his time and attention to his wife, Hailey Bieber, and their recently welcomed son, Jack Blues, whose birth was made public last month.
Despite being informed about Diddy’s arrest on September 16 related to serious charges of sex trafficking and assault, Justin has chosen not to get involved with the controversy.
“He’s not interested in concentrating on that issue,” said the source.
Instead, he is enjoying a joyful period since Jack’s birth and is committed to being a supportive husband and father.
Diddy’s arrest and its connection to Bieber
Diddy’s arrest took place at a hotel in New York City following a grand jury indictment. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams addressed the press, stating that Diddy was arrested based on a sealed indictment that included charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution-related offenses.
Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, responded that his client is being unjustly singled out.
“We are disheartened by the choice to pursue what we consider to be an unfair prosecution of Mr. Combs.”
Meanwhile, Justin and Hailey are fully embracing their new roles as parents. They shared news of Jack’s birth on August 23, with Justin posting an adorable picture of the baby’s foot on Instagram.
“WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER,” was the heartwarming caption.
A source close to the couple expressed their immense happiness in becoming first-time parents, noting that having a baby has been a long-cherished dream for them.
“The moment they learned about Hailey‘s pregnancy was the happiest day for Justin; he was ecstatic,” the insider revealed to People Magazine.
However, many speculate that while Justin seems to want to avoid discussing Sean Combs‘ legal troubles or their previous friendship, he could be called upon as a crucial witness as the case unfolds.
