Murphy Aficionado, a prior staff member of Kanye West, has initiated a legal action against the musician and business mogul, claiming misconduct, anti-Semitic remarks, and a toxic work atmosphere.
TMZ has obtained the lawsuit, in which Aficionado, previously a project manager for Kanye, describes alarming and uncomfortable incidents from November 2022 during what were intended to be professional meetings in a Beverly Hills hotel room.
Details of the Incidents
Aficionado described entering the room to find Kanye shirtless, breathless, and with his pants undone. His then-girlfriend, Bianca Censori, was topless, covering herself minimally, indicating recent sexual activity.
During this encounter, Kanye reportedly made anti-Semitic comments, labeling Candace Owens‘ former attorney as a “Jewish spy,” which deeply unsettled Aficionado.
The event escalated when Kanye instructed Aficionado to remain in the bedroom while he attended to Bianca. Soon after, Aficionado heard “loud moaning and clapping,” signaling that the couple was engaging in sexual activity once more.
Within minutes, Kanye returned wearing a t-shirt adorned with a swastika, a symbol infamously linked to Nazism, and questioned Aficionado, “You don’t like my shirt?”
Further Disturbing Experiences
Aficionado recounted another incident where Kanye requested him to attend a meeting at the hotel with a well-known NFL player, both dressing only in towels while awaiting massages.
While he waited, he again heard moaning from the adjacent room, indicating Kanye was engaging in sexual acts with the masseuse.
Subsequently, after Kanye exited, the NFL player entered the room, forcing Aficionado to endure yet more of the same noises.
Aficionado was dismissed in 2023 and has since been met with a lawsuit alleging discrimination, a hostile work environment, retaliation, and failure to pay due wages.
