The Extortion Scheme with a Sex Tape
Jonathan “J.T.” Jackson is implicated as the mastermind behind the sex tape scandal and subsequent blackmail attempt against Hart.
An affidavit submitted on August 6th details Hart’s recollection of the incident where he unknowingly took “molly” while partying with a friend, despite initially refusing as he wasn’t fond of drugs.
Hart expressed that his friend took responsibility for ensuring his well-being and preventing him from making decisions, eventually leading Hart to relent and consume the drug, believing it was diluted in his drink.
He mentioned, “I thought it was fine since it was in my drink. The night seemed good. Eventually, I found myself with the girl [Montia Sabbag] by the end of the night,“.
Feeling disoriented, Hart retired with his clothes on, clarifying, “I passed out. No incident occurred that night. I only had intercourse with her the morning after when she woke me up,“.
Discovering a hidden camera, Hart recounted, “While we engaged in the act, she suddenly shifted positions… She threw herself back on the bed, attempting to align herself with the camera,“.
He continued, “When that happened, I adjusted her position. There is no footage of me in that act. She then sat on a bench, clearly visible to the camera, trying to initiate a conversation,“.
Hart revealed that he admitted to infidelity once the extortion threats surfaced, issuing a public apology to his family in a 2017 Instagram post, acknowledging, “I made a grave mistake in judgment, placing myself in a precarious situation with unfavorable outcomes,“.
