Conversations on social media can be very mixed; they can help some build a strong following, while others face the harsh reality of hate and breaches of privacy from their fans.
Such has been the experience for Lindsay Arnold, who is known for her time on “Dancing With the Stars.” Recently, she encountered a comment on her TikTok that discouraged her from making personal decisions about her body.
“I don’t regret it at all”
Lindsay decided to pursue a breast augmentation and shared her journey on social media. Following her announcement, she received a comment warning her not to go through with it, claiming she might regret her choice.
Post-surgery, she returned to TikTok to show off her bandaged figure and confidently declared, “Some new (melons) have joined the chat and I have absolutely no regrets.”
Feeling proud and pain-free
The star also shared her recovery experience, stating, “I feel so much better today. I think I finally forgot about the anesthesia, which was causing me a lot of nausea. Every time I got up, I felt like I could vomit.”
In a light-hearted manner, she addressed her pain with followers and decided to remove the bandages in front of a mirror, using watermelon emojis to cover herself, ensuring the platform wouldn’t censor her content.
