She shared an image captioned “Fuck Trump”, while also relishing a slice of cake, as reported by Page Six.

“I indulged in this delicious cake last evening!” the star remarked alongside the photo.

This cake was adorned with buttercream in shades of orange, yellow, and brown, topped with maraschino cherries.

Madonna’s Criticism of Trump

Later, in another post, Madonna, aged 66, shared her thoughts on the election outcome.

“I can’t comprehend why a convicted criminal, rapist, and bigot was chosen to lead our nation, supposedly due to his economic prowess,” she stated in a selfie.

The seven-time Grammy winner voiced her support for Vice President Kamala Harris with a series of photos from her Parisian trip.

“I had a blast in Paris! Leaving was tough, but I returned home to vote. @kamalaharris for President!!!!” she wrote, accompanying her post.

Madonna, the “Material Girl” vocalist, showed her support for Kamala Harris during the 2020 election, which was when she ran for vice president alongside Joe Biden.

At the time, Madonna praised Harris in a now-deleted message, calling her an “intelligent, compassionate, and articulate leader committed to justice and equality for everyone,” as reported by Billboard.

Numerous Artists Rally Behind Kamala Harris

This year, Madonna was among numerous musicians backing Harris, including prominent figures like Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Stevie Nicks, and Cardi B.

She also joined other celebrities expressing disappointment over Trump’s election victory.

On social media, actress Christina Applegate stated, “Please unfollow me if you voted against women’s rights and the rights of individuals with disabilities. I can’t stand followers like that,” illustrating the sentiments of many.

“Great job energizing the MAGA crowd, America,” remarked Sophia Bush from “One Tree Hill,” conveying her heartbreak.

Selena Gomez also expressed her feelings, posting on Instagram, “My heart feels heavy”.

In contrast, some celebrities backing Donald Trump included Joe Rogan, Caitlyn Jenner, and the YouTuber turned boxer, Jake Paul.

Following the election, Harris recognized Trump’s win in the presidential race on Wednesday.

Additionally, he stated that he had a private conversation with Trump, congratulating him and ensuring that the current administration would facilitate a “peaceful transfer of power”.
