Megan Fox is enjoying a wholesome lifestyle as she awaits the arrival of her fourth child, her first with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly.
In a recent discussion with PEOPLE, the actress known for her role in Jennifer’s Body revealed how she is maintaining balance during this meaningful phase of her life.
“Now that I’m expecting my fourth, I’ve discovered various ways to ensure my physical and mental well-being,” Fox stated to People Magazine.
“I’m focusing on sleeping well, exercising regularly, and adhering to a nutritious diet as I always do.”
Her three kids—Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8—whom she shares with former husband Brian Austin Green, are thrilled about the new family member.
“The children are really looking forward to the new addition and have promised to help out,” she shared.
Machine Gun Kelly Prepares for Parenting Again
Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, also shared his joy about becoming a father again. He has a 15-year-old daughter named Casie with ex-partner Emma Cannon, and he’s looking forward to this upcoming journey.
In a touching Twitter post, Kelly shared his creative journey and expressed excitement over the baby.
“I’m taking some time in the desert next week to rework this album from the ground up. When inspiration hits me, we’ll reach our goals quickly. No need to worry,” he stated.
“After all, I’m about to be a dad once more!”
Fox revealed their pregnancy in November through a series of emotional Instagram updates. One image showed her cradling her bump while covered in a dark substance; in another, she presented a positive pregnancy test. Her captions included lines from Kelly’s song “Last November.”
