Paul Skenes and Olivia Dunne have taken some much-deserved time off to escape for a vacation. After achieving significant success in their careers, the couple was recently spotted enjoying a beach getaway.
Dunne has had an extraordinary year, playing a pivotal role in leading LSU to victory in the NCAA gymnastics championship this past April. She has since secured lucrative NIL contracts with brands like Nautica and Passes, and made headlines by featuring in Sports Illustrated’s special 60th-anniversary swimsuit edition.
Meanwhile, Skenes has made a remarkable entrance into professional baseball, starting his career as the top pick for the Pittsburgh Pirates. His impressive MLB debut has positioned him as a leading candidate for NL Rookie of the Year.
After enjoying some football games recently, the couple jetted off to Florida, landing at West Palm Beach International Airport. Shortly thereafter, Dunne shared photos of their beach time at Jupiter Beach, where they basked in the sun together.
Even amid the thrill of the MLB playoffs, Skenes hasn’t participated in the postseason games but has been a frequent attendee at LSU football events.
Just last week, the couple enjoyed the excitement of the LSU vs. Ole Miss game, which resulted in a nail-biting overtime win for the Tigers. On Friday, Dunne shared moments from their outing at the Caesars Superdome, where they watched the New Orleans Saints compete against the Denver Broncos in NFL Week 7.
Looking Ahead
As their beach vacation comes to an end, Dunne will return to LSU to prepare for what she announced will be her fifth and final season in gymnastics. Meanwhile, attention turns to mid-November for the announcement of the NL Rookie of the Year winner.
Skenes is a top contender for this title, expected to be closely competing with Jackson Merrill for the accolade.
