Rather than donning the team’s colors of purple and gold, she opted for an all-black ensemble. On September 8, she shared a series of photos on Instagram showcasing her fitted black top and short skirt, which she paired with sunglasses and tiger-striped cowboy boots. In her caption, she playfully asked, “Can I get a geaux tigers?!”
In her initial post, Dunne posed by herself, back towards the camera with her arm raised, rallying for the Tigers. Other images featured her friends, including fellow LSU gymnast Chase Brock, all dressed in similar black outfits that seemed more appropriate for a club than a sports event. One follower remarked, “Dressing for the club,” while another praised her choice of boots, commenting, “The boots are giving.”
While her outfit may not have showcased school pride as intended, it marked a shift in Dunne’s fashion choices. Just two years prior, in September 2022, she sported a more traditional look with cut-off denim shorts and a one-strap white top accented with a tiger-print belt at another LSU game. Earlier still, she wore similar outfits that garnered attention online.

In a previous year, Dunne’s outfit earned her comparisons to being club-ready at a Tigers game when she attended with her boyfriend, Paul Skenes, in a fitted yellow summer dress. The couple’s photo shared on Skenes’ Instagram page drew significant attention. Dunne further showcased the dress’s allure when she posted it in her Instagram Stories.
That said, her attire was of a more conservative nature when supporting Skenes at a baseball game. In June 2023, Dunne shared her denim-based look for a game in Omaha, which included a purple t-shirt, cutoff shorts, and an oversized jacket stating “Geaux Tigers” across the back.
Dunne continued to display her support for Skenes when he made his MLB debut, opting for a satin black Pirates jacket. Her excitement peaked during his selection to the MLB All-Star game, where she wore a custom white tank top featuring a drawing of a cowboy hat and Skenes’ jersey number “30,” as showcased in her Instagram Stories.
