Food is crucial for everyone, especially for athletes, and this is something that Savannah James can attest to.
As the wife of LeBron James, a star with the Los Angeles Lakers, Savannah, alongside her sporty children, has shed light on interesting aspects of her eating habits.
The 39-year-old has made fitness and self-care a priority and even launched her own beauty line, “Reframe Beauty.” Therefore, it’s not surprising that Savannah is serious about her nutrition.
During the fourth season of her podcast, Everybody’s Crazy, co-hosted with April McDaniels, Savannah shared insights on her eating habits that surprised everyone, including her co-host.
I really enjoy pizza without cheese, which is surprising because it’s more like eating bread with tomato sauce. I absolutely love it.
However, April remained unconvinced. “No, you just drink juice for a whole year! That’s a bit extreme. No solid foods at all. That is wild,” she insisted.
Faced with this remark, Savannah had to concede: “Well, sometimes detoxing is necessary for your body to heal itself, and that may call for a lighter approach.”
Savannah and April shine at a major event.
On Saturday night, the duo took the stage as co-hosts of the 20th Annual Hammer Museum Gala in the Garden in Los Angeles.
April donned a lovely pink dress with a corset design and sheer layers to complete her outfit. Her hair was styled in a matching bun, complemented by golden shoes, bracelets, and earrings, plus a chic white handbag.
In contrast, Savannah showcased a stunning black pleated dress by Issey Miyake, accessorizing with rings, a watch, and a matching handbag, along with gold-accented “Venus” sandals by Giuseppe Zanotti.
This time, LeBron supported his wife, opting for a beige blazer adorned with blue buttons paired with black trousers and sneakers that matched his blazer.
Without a doubt, Savannah is a fashion standout, yet the discussion about whether pizza without cheese is really “pizza” continues to spark curiosity.
