Selena Gomez Denies Allegations Regarding Her Appearance

Selena Gomez forced to deny 'accusations' about her appearance

Selena Gomez took to social media following a content creator’s refusal to disclose details about cosmetic alterations she may have had on her face.

In today’s prevalent form of content creation, users ask experts to analyze celebrities based on photos or videos, detailing any enhancements they may have undergone.

Despite the popularity of such content online, Gomez seemed displeased to have become the subject of a recent analysis.

The actress from ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ addressed influencer Marissa Barrionuevo in a TikTok video where Barrionuevo elaborated on the cosmetic procedures Gomez had undergone in recent years.

Barrionuevo replied with a disclaimer, choosing not to disclose specific details due to Gomez’s past health issues, hinting they could be the cause rather than plastic surgery.

Nevertheless, Gomez did not seem satisfied with this explanation, responding succinctly and emphatically, “I deplore this. I used cream for a breakout and had Botox. That’s all. Stop bothering me,” in reply to the influencer’s post.

Understandably concerned about any distress caused, the influencer promptly apologized: “Although I strive to be considerate, I apologize for upsetting you. I made the decision to cease producing such videos last year due to their potential negative impact. It was never my intent.”
