Actress Sydney Sweeney has collaborated with the men’s grooming brand Dr. Squatch to introduce a special soap bar crafted from her own bathwater.
This unique product, called “Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss,” features exfoliating sand, pine bark extract, and aromas of Douglas fir and moss. Only 5,000 bars will be sold, with 100 lucky fans having the chance to win one through a giveaway.
A lighthearted reaction to fan interest
The concept for the soap arose from fan intrigue following a previous Dr. Squatch advertisement showcasing Sweeney in a bathtub. Initially, Sweeney was unaware of any suggestive implications regarding bathwater, but now she embraces the campaign as a funny and empowering reply to fan reactions.
She described this collaboration as “strange in the most delightful way” and highlighted its aim to encourage men to consider switching to natural grooming products.
Dr. Squatch‘s VP of Marketing, John Ludeke, shared that this campaign seeks to inform men about the substances in their body wash, many of which are artificial cleansers.
The brand’s new line of natural body washes that Sweeney endorses consists of 98% natural components and avoids synthetic cleaners, allergens, sulfates, parabens, and phthalates.
