As the conclusion of her extensive Eras Tour approaches, Taylor Swift is contemplating her future and the role her boyfriend Travis Kelce plays in it.
The couple has been in a relationship for over a year, and the renowned singer often attends games to support Kelce and his Kansas City Chiefs, particularly at their home stadium, Arrowhead Stadium. While Swift has not traveled to many away games this season due to her busy touring schedule, the end of her tour is imminent, giving her a clearer view of her upcoming plans just as the Chiefs gear up for their pivotal Super Bowl title defense.
Taylor is looking for a break
Following an impressive run of 149 shows and the release of a record-breaking concert film, Swift’s Eras Tour will conclude on December 8 with her final performance at BC Place in Vancouver, British Columbia. After her shows in Canada, Page Six reports that she intends to unwind and take a much-needed break.
Swift reportedly plans to “hibernate” near Kansas City for a while, assessing her relationship with Kelce while he and the Chiefs aim for a third consecutive Super Bowl victory.
According to a source, they are looking to engage in “ordinary activities” together. “Taylor and Travis want to spend meaningful time together to learn more about each other’s personalities and routines,” an insider informed Us Weekly.
During this time, it remains uncertain whether their relationship will lead to an engagement or if they will continue dating. Swift, who has her 35th birthday approaching, is said to have told her team she wants a year with Kelce to assess their future. A recent Thanksgiving gathering was seen as a positive sign, but it wasn’t definitive.
“Taylor does feel like Travis could be ‘The One’, but she is cautious about rushing in,” the insider added. “Marriage means a lot to her, and she wants it to last a lifetime.”
