After their breakup due to his involvement with Raquel Leviss, Tom Sandoval is taking legal action against Ariana Madix, accusing her of accessing explicit videos of Leviss on his phone without permission.
The case has now escalated to the courts in the United States.
Details of the Allegations and Legal Claims in the Lawsuit
Sandoval claims that Madix accessed, copied, and distributed explicit videos of Leviss without authorization on March 1, 2023. This incident occurred following Madix’s discovery of Sandoval’s affair through an intimate Facetime video on his phone, which Leviss later stated was recorded without her consent.
Court documents reveal that Sandoval alleged Madix shared the footage with Leviss and others without permission.
This scandal was prominently featured in “Vanderpump Rules” Season 10 and continued to be a focal point during the filming of Season 11 without Leviss.
In the season finale, Madix rejected Sandoval’s apology, stating he wasn’t deserving of her forgiveness.
Key Legal Matters to be Resolved
Jordan Susman, Madix’s legal representative, labeled Sandoval’s lawsuit as an attempt to evade accountability for his actions and cause distress to Madix. Susman expressed confidence that a jury would reject Sandoval’s claims.
Sandoval’s attorney, Matthew Geragos, referred to the lawsuit as a “cross complaint” in response to Leviss’s legal action against both Sandoval and Madix. He explained that the legal measures were essential to ensure a fair distribution of responsibility based on each party’s involvement.
In February, Leviss accused her former associates of several offenses, including revenge porn and invasion of privacy. She claimed Madix sent her distressing messages and feared the videos would be leaked online, leading Leviss to seek treatment at a mental health facility in Arizona.
