The special evening featured a gourmet menu designed by two esteemed chefs who were flown in from New York, with the meal alone costing around $30,000. Highlights included luxurious dishes such as white alba truffles, which cost a staggering $3,600 per bag, and Tsar Imperial Beluga Hybrid Caviar, known as the ultimate caviar, priced at $1,256 for 125 grams.
To complement the high-end cuisine, Kelce selected a variety of fine wines for the evening. Noteworthy was the 1989 Sassicaia Tenuta San Guido, which cost $2,370 and carries special significance as it was the year Swift was born. Other notable choices included two bottles of 2000 Chateau Margaux at $2,100, a Cristal Rose priced at $2,950, a 1990 Tenuta San Guido for $1,669, and a $2,498 bottle of Dom Perignon.
To cap off the exquisite meal, Kelce unveiled an extravagant birthday cake, crafted from premium Swiss and French chocolates by a private pastry chef and valued at $1,000.
In addition to the lavish dinner, Kelce surprised Swift with 35 stunning bouquets of roses and luxurious jewelry, leading to a total expenditure of approximately $175,000 for her birthday festivities.
